Avoid Ship ITO like a plaque. They have a free account which is anything but free. They force you to add $8.50 as a deposit for your first shipment. However if you try to ask for a refund, they ding you $5.00 out of the $8.50 .. there are loads of forums and bad publicity about this company. Do your homework and don't use them ..
